I looked at tradeyourstuff.com and got great value for some games i wanted to sell, and they replied saying they would send the cheque over, however after much "cancelling and re-sending" and a few poorly written emails I still havent recieved this cheque!

Used the site to sell my 3 xbox 360 games for more cash than I would have got at cex or on the high street. I got just under 30pounds paid into my paypal account about a week after sending the games in. I used this cash to buy some games for cheaper than on tradeyourstuff online and elsewhere. Would definitely recommend the site, but if you are nervous in any way,start with selling a smaller order.

SENT SONS GAMES OFF IN SEPTEMBER THEY OFFERED US £80 ASKED FOR CHEQUE AM STILL WAITING FOR IT EMAILED THEM TO TELL THEM THAT IT IS MISSING THEY SAID THEY WOULD CANCEL CHEQUE AND THAT I SHOULD GO FOR BANK TRANSFER THIS TIME BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE MONEY.NOT GOOD ENOUGH SERVICE.

I sent my games to Trade Your Stuff UK more than 4 weeks ago. They told me they received them, tested them and credited my account. So i tried to cash out my £64 and asked for it to be sent by cheque. I have contacted them many times to try and find out what is going on but they do not respond. They eventually responded by saying the cheque was being sent out today(this was a week ago). Found this tradeyourstuff.co.uk on Google's shopping site and initially thought it was brilliant value for money. I bought the game I wanted and waited. I am still waiting well over a month later. I contacted the site around two weeks ago asking when I was likely to see the game and got a very badly written email back saying that they would check. And I've heard nothing since. Quick and easy sale of my games to tradeyourstuff.co.uk - I logged on and got my games priced up - sent them by first class recorded as requested and got my amount credited 4 days after the games were sent. Requested payment by bank transfer which took 48 hours to hit my account. Cheers guys - will be using them again!

I sent £88 worth of xbox 360 games to Trade Your Stuff UK special delivery and it arrived the following day. However when i tracked they didnt even pick it up from the po box and after 1 week i still have not received my money in my account and when i email there is no response. Terrible business.

Terribly slow customer service with Trade Your Stuff UK, I posted the games I intended to, slow first class tracked delivery and they received them now over a week ago - however they have not emailed me to confirm receipt and have not responded to emails, aside from the automated response 'we will get back to you within 24 hours'.

Trade Your Stuff sometimes have a good selection of games. I have had problems with trading and buying from these people, I found them very unprofessional, i had to go through Nochex to get something from these people, full of excuses, far better options available. They don't send games out for weeks, don't reply to emails, when they do they say things like "oh sorry, we will send it out in 48 hours"
