    Good Points: the staff are fantastic, the dresses are beautiful and the prices are completely fair for the quality and beauty you are getting


    Bad Points: none


    General comments: i love creations in wigan. i have been to approx 6 other wedding dress shops and this one was the best

    I thought Creation, Wigan was amazin, they have really amazin dresses. I wasnt rushed the staff was really nice and told me really helpful comments. Id recomend this shop to anyone x

    I was very dissappointed at the service I received from Creations. I now discourage my friends from ever visiting this shop. It was the first wedding shop I visited and I certainly didn't give them my custom. Fortunately, there are some brilliant wedding dress shops out there. In my opinion creations isn't one of them.

    I went into Creation in Wigan looking for a prom dress and walked in to find a great selection of fabulous dresses which immediatly caught my eye. I was drawn to one particular dress which i fell in love with and fitted me perfectly, the women in the shop were very nice and helpfull and in no way pushy. They even went as far as to tell me that the dress would look better on me with certain changes which they were right about.     I visited this shop with my daughter to buy a prom dress. The lady who served us was very very nice. She was friendly and made my daughter feel at ease. She and allowed to try the two dresses that she was torn between on several times. Although she was helpful she was in no way pushy. We made all our own decisions and I have the dress on order for 4-5 weeks. This is the point I am up to, awaiting a phone call for my daughter to go and try the dress on in her size.     I am so VERY annoyed. If I never hear of this wedding dress shop again, it will be too soon.Im not actually getting married (Ive already had that pleasure) but am organizing a charity ball, for which I am the main speaker.
