General comments: Used AutoAid Breakdown several times now, always paid out without question! Perfect solution.... Works like the Big Names but at a far cheaper price.

You must be able to pay for the repair and callout charge, around 45 if not extra costs involved, e.g. just to jump start and check the battery condition. Autoaid will ask you whether you need to pay by credit card before ringing the garage providing the truck, otherwise you can pay by cash. All you then need to do is download the claim form from the internet, or ask Autoaid to post one to you, and send it back with the receipt.
