Charged more than £800 for two Carling Cup final tickets, rang to say the tickets had not arrived and that they would refund my credit card ... not happened so far. To be fair, I did get World Cup tickets from them in 2006, but they've gone downhill since.

Took my money ( £150) for a concert but the tickets never arrived. The phone number on their website was an invalid number, I sent recorded delivery to their London address, it got returned to me as 'gone away.'I spent six months trying to get the money back and trying to get in touch with them and have got nowhere.

The worst service I have ever experienced. I had trouble getting tickets that I paid £600ea to get. They said they had none when I knew for a fact they did as they offered to sell some to a freind of mine but they said that they will be more expensive as all tickets are already allocated to people. I had to travel over 100miles to get the tickets (which I was not rembuirsed) to get two tickets when I had already paid postage and packaging of about £5.

I booked 3 tickets for reading festival back in october and the phone line is down now so is the site and I havent received any replies to my emails and the one time I managed to speak to him he put the phone down on me whilst I was still talking!

Do not use as i found them unreliable and I am trying to get my money back via paypal or my credit card. I have a friend who is going to see if they actually still operate from victoria so will write another review when I have that information. ...

Purchased Kylie Tickets in December 2007 for 26th July 2008 show at the O2. Tickets never arrived. Rang / Emailed numerous times - Phone now dead! Contacted PayPal who supposedly have removed them from their system. Contacted my credit card company who are now taking action! So disappointed with myself for trusting them and that companies like this are allowed to trade and use PayPal! Did track them down via a Domain Lookup though.

Same, same, same. Tickets bought in December for Springsteen gig in May, tickets never received. I did query in December where they were, and received an e-mail that they would be released two weeks before event. Funnily enough they didn't come. Paypal - when I eventually got through to a Supervisor- have advised me to raise a dispute even though out of 45 day period, as if they get enough complaints on same merchant they may re-open claims, so do it now please everyone! Also have reported t ...

In Sept 2007 ordered Springsteen Tickets for the 02 Arena in December. The tickets never arrived. I checked with Paypal but the 45 day refund period had passed. I contacted Advantage I was told that their supplier had gone bust !!, but I could transfer my tickets to the concert on 30th May at The Emirates. The tickets haven't come. That led me to this site and im not too happy.

I contacted this company to purchase 2 tickets to see Bruce Springsteen in concert in May 2008. The concert was taking place at the Emirates Stadium and as my husband is the biggest Arsenal fan going, this was just the ultimate. I sent them a Building Society cheque for £254.85, which they cashed in January. They have sent me no confirmation and I have sent letters to them as well. Now the phone line is dead. I am fuming. There is nothing I can do to get my money back. How is this co ...

I've got nothing to add to previous comments. I purchased 4 Radiohead tickets in December 2007; I rather I gave Advantage Tickets some money in December, and have been unable to contact them since. I have contacted Paypal about a refund, but it appears that I have exceeded their 45 day limit for refunds. I have heard nothing from Watchdog or Trading Standards, but the police are looking into it.

After reading all these reviews and the fact the phone number for them now doesn't even give an engaged ring, it is just dead: I decided to phone my credit card company and they are investigating and said that I'm covered for insurance (thankfully).

    This company is a disgrace.

It was a life ambition to be able to see Celine Dion in concert and when we purchased two tickets from Advantage Tickets in February 2008 for her May 2008Concert in London I was overmoon. As we had received a confirmation from this company regarding our purchase of tickets I did not feel there was anything to worry about, how wrong was I !!!!!!!! It only dawned on me the day before the concert that we had not received our tickets, the cost was £125.00 per person totalling £250.00 ...

After hearing Madonna was touring again I foolishly booked tickets on advantagetickets.co.uk, they are publishing tickets for 1st June at Wembley Statium. I've paid £125 but have no doubt this is wrong. Wembley Statium aren't even aware she is playing! It has been announced today her 1st tour date is 20th Sept. How can they be allowed to continue to take our money ??

I went on www.advantagetickets.co.uk and spotted U2 tickets. I love U2 and going to a concert would be a dream come true. BUT, U2 isn't even playing on the date given. So please beware! Watch out, check shows are on before you buy. Or read the other reviews here, they say enough about the chances you will get your tickets!

Bought 2 Calzaghe vs Hopkins tickets. Paid for them in January and a duplicate payment was taken from my account in February. Although I did manage to get the second one refunded no tickets have ever materialised. I am going to follow this up and will not give up until all avenues have been exhausted.

6th February 2008 I purchase 2 Carling Cup Final Tickets 850.00 pounds. The tickets never materialised and no refund. Barclaycard, Watchdog and Trading Standards all informed, this company should not be allowed to trade.
