Look, you will get a bit of stick for having these clubs in the bag from Golf snobs but they work brilliantly and give you a lot of confidence, and lets face it,a golf club feels different in your paw when you are confident.Subconciously you relax your grip, swing smoothly and play a nice shot.A cheap alternative to the Cleveland HB3.No point in buying a set of Burners if you are slicing the hell outta the ball.Buy!!! The Slazenger Fast Irons look good and feel good. The fast irons are of good design and easy to play with. However if you use the headcovers that are provided with the irons then you may have a problem with rust. A rust forms around the removable weights on the back of the irons also the blade of the irons are starting to pit with rust. I have only had then for nine months. (read more)

Major problem for me as I am only 5' 6" tall. The clubs lie on their heel at address. To correct this my hands have to be held too high which has a catastrophic effect on the club head as it returns to the ball. These clubs can not be adjusted and contact with Slazenger is impossible. They may have an answer but all contactable departments disclaim any connection with the production of these clubs. I may have '£300.00 of worthless clubs in my bag. Potentially they could be brilliant so long... (read more)

I hope this will get the bitter gaul taste out of your mouth on these clubs-----
Please try and contact a Pro Club Maker in your area nad ask if they won't cut the handle area down for you to accomodate your stature. This should cost you the price of Grips and about $6.00 USD a club. Don't allow them to take it from the hosel area as this will effect your Shaft and it's flex.
I know you have spent good $$$$ on them and this small outlay should allow you to fully enjoy the product.....
As far as getting answers from Slazenger-don't hold your breath at this present time as Dunlop-Slazenger has been sold in England and the United States...... Dick's Sporting Goods got the US market and there is still infighting over the European Market, but you might want to contact Mr. Kerr from PacBrands who markets and supplies Australia and other countries close to you........
I have played their clubs for a few 24 hours and still use a complete set of Crown Sterling Hand Forged Irons from 1986-87 serial # DK0034. Mine are Cavity Backed and the new X20 Callaways look very similar..Hope this has helped

Just go down the shaft!!!! You wont get as much distance, obviously, but at least the clubs will lie flat!

If you take them to any reputable golf shop and they will be able to crank them a couple of degrees for you and, hey presto problem solved. I dont know how much this will cost but its not too expensive. Let me know how you get on...
