Good Points: At between $20 to $30, a good bang for your buck. Good bass. Decent overall sound quality. Very comfortable.
Bad Points: Muddy mid tones. Different length ear cords are a joke.
General comments: The Sony MDR EX51LP phones sound better than stock phones you will get with your iPod or MP3 player, but just a little. The bass definitely sounds much better, while the midrange frequencies are pretty much the same as the stock earphones.
I cannot figure out why the left and right ear cords are different lengths, I much prefer having them the same.
