Good Points: Looks nice, worked for 13 months (just long enough to get past warranty)

Bad Points: VERY inaccurate temperature sensor and cooling for both sides, temps either read too hot or too cold, resulting in freezing contents of fridge or spoiling of food. Resetting of fridge only made the problem more apparent.

General comments: I could go on about the poor performance for days. Testing, using accurate temperature instruments, replacing parts (fans, temp sensors, etc), nothing fixed this fridge. I realized I was far from alone when I searched the web for info on other similar complaints. Save yourself the hassle, even with an extended warranty, DO NOT BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR.

Owned a Samsung RS265LBBP for 13 months and the freezer stopped worked. Cost 40% of the cost of the refrigerator to fix it. The circuit boards fail. Then the ones they replace them with fail. My advice: don't waste your money on this product.

When I removed the magnet to add something to my calendar, I was surprised that the piece of liner left an imprint. I could not rub it out with a non-abrassive cleaner. Instead it made marks, took out the color and discovered that the metal was underneath, and plastic was the top layer. So disappointing!
Not like other refrigerators we have had. This was not cheap, but a ...
