  I purchased some concert tickets and with them a download of an album for $9.99. I am unable to collect this download and have spent more than an hour trying to get the site to accept a new account. When I apply it won't recognize it or it won't give me the option to use my credits. I am not impressed. I find ITunes either very intrusive or totally unhelpful.

  As far as I am aware you can't get the albums art work and if you do it's wrong, in my opinion they put 90's songs on there and I have to say that my collection has very little 90's songs but half my collection is on this. On www.itunes.com it list my albums with only one or two songs on it and then lists it again. Overall I personally have to say I'm not happy with their set up at all; and if I can find a way to use another program I will do it in a heart beat! Do not recommend iTunes. ...
