I wish I would have done a little more research on the Nascar tickets I purchased. This site was recommended to me to order from. Once I ordered the tickets I found out I had paid about $400 to much. The little fine print discloser on the bottom does say you are paying above face value for the tickets if you read it, but I figured a little difference was ok but not a$100 per person difference. Booked and paid for two tickets to see John Newman in San Francisco.(in exess of $100 each. Put the cat in cattery for 3 nights $60 Booked and paid for a hire car to travel to SF from Westlake CA.$260 Paid to park in SF $57 per night x 2. paid $85 fuel each way. “They can take your money and keep your tickets too!”

This place is a joke. They list tickets for sale, process your order, take your money, then call you an hour later to tell you the tickets were sold through another site. Basically tell you to pound sand before offering a petty 20% discount which doesn't make up for the concert I had to miss! Not only that, but they still had tickets listed, for a general admission event, at exponentially higher prices than I had paid. Don't trust them. You get what you pay for. Once you think you purchased the tickets, they come back and demand you sign a form that absolves them or any responsibility if you don't get the tickets that you may have to pick up yourself in a foreign country for the World Cup. After purchasing tickets in August of 2013, being charged for them at that time, for a Nov. concert.......the concert was cancelled and rescheduled for March 7, 2014. Four months later!!!!! In the intervening time, the tickets were lost, and Vived refuses to help even with our proof of purchase (an invoice from Vivid). The Orpheum theatre also was no help. In December 2013 I purchased 4 pit tickets for my kids for Christmas to a Luke Brian Concert. They charged my credit card 3,000.00. “Lousy BCS Experience”

I thought I was purchasing tickets from an individual that had some to sell. I purchased on 12/8 for the BCS game 0n 1/6. My confirmation then stated that 1/3 was the guarantee ship date. Immediately called to let VS know that this was unacceptable and was told not to worry that this was only a published last minute date and that they would be shipping earlier than that. “VividSeats. Under no circumstances should you use them!”

VividSeats are awful. Our encounter was possibly the worst customer service and most costly customer experience our family has ever had. We researched extensively online ticket resellers before feeling satisfied enough to engage VividSeats to help us realize a lifetime dream of visiting Madison Square Gardens to see a New York Knicks play.
