    ordered tickets in april for metallica in december. They would not ship the tickets, saying that they hadn"t been printed yet. fianally after numerous phone calls,a week before the event they shipped the tickets. THEY WERE THE WRONG TICKETS! The front row seats I ordered were now up in the nosebleeds! when I called they told me that they had made a mistake,but my original seats were no longer available. I will never use vivid again!!

    on a recent trip to the USA - be nice to attend an NFL game .. i thought the tickets "shown" on the website were available... selected tickets, ordered and had them shipped to where i was staying. Contacted later, tickets were NOT available, switched with "close" to same. Fair enuf... FedEx to hotel by noon next day ... No tickets .. contaced Vivid -- "O, those seats are not available" ..OMG !! when were you going to tell me THAT?? THEN i had to meet the vendor at the stadium - i'm feeling unea ...

    Got tickets 48 hours before the game and paid the 'extra fee' the charge when so close to the event. I thought the fee was to enable them to for sure have the tickets sent to me, especially when my tickets had "can be emailed" plastered all over it....I could not have been more wrong.

    I spent four hours on the phone with them, being on hold, then less than an hour before kickoff and about two hours after they said they would call me back, they tell me they can't get the tickets I already paid f ...

    worried at first about peoples comments,but was inpressed in quick and speedy response in recieving my tickets. would consider using them again.

    I ordered tickets from vivid seats for a sold-out concert. They told me I had to have "special shipping" because it was too close to the concert date to mail them. But they didn't specifiy where or when I could pick them up for will call or anything like that. I couldn't reach their customer service office because it was always closed. When I finally reached someone they told me they sold 8 tickets to 25 buyers and I wasn't one of the people recieving the tickets. They told me this THE DAY OF th ...

    Vivid Seats sent me the wrong freaking ticket! and they over charge WAY too much for a service charge. Very late shipping.

    They never told me until almost too late that my tickets were not confirmed. I lost my original seats and had to get others. They then switched those on me twice for inferior tickets.
    I was given name and number of 5 different scalpers to arrange pickup... totally unprofessional.
