I also purchased tickets by an accident. I wanted only 2 tickets and the website took off and charge me for 4. Now I tried to sell them in the website but canceled because, i would be responsible for distributing the tickets to the buyers and if I don't do that, my credit card would be charge again. I ordered three tickets for a 1/15 hockey game on 12/25 and the tickets never came. Customer service gave me the run around. At one point I was told I would have to go pick the tickets up at a UPS store 20 miles away, but was never sent the tracking info that they were sent. Other than the fact that there was no ticket stub included on one of the three tickets ordered for the Rose Bowl game this year and that the $164 parking pass was for Jan. 1st not 2nd and that the parking was for a $40 lot 1 and 1/2 miles from the Rose Bowl, the tickets were great. “Buyers beware!”

Minutes after finishing my transaction I realized that the tix were for the wrong date. I immediately contacted vivid- under 5 minutes later- to cancel the transaction. I was told 'too bad'. Also, that if I dispute the charge, 'you'll loose'. 4,600 mistake is unacceptable. Was willing to pay a restocking fee- but the woman- Kendetta- said it 'was too hard once I clicked ok, even though just minutes had passed. Deplorable attitude and bad business tactics! Ordered lion king tickets value at $139 each was charged over $40 per ticket in fees at final order. Called within five minutes to cancel order and complain about fees they basically said it was in their terms that you agree to and i was out of luck. Extremely poor customer service. i picked a $93 dollar section and when the tickets arrived they were in a $35 section. I called and they said they have a disclosure saying it could happen. this was a terrible experience. I just bought tickets for TSO and it wasn't cheap. I Bought tickets that were downloadable so why would I be charged a delivery fee? I understand the tickets were delivered to my computer. NO gas or paying for someones time. The customer service rep told me they couldn't change fees as it varied with each event. Please be wary if you buy tickets to check out your delivery fee I was charged 20$ to print out from my home. I purchased tickets to the Georgia Auburn Football game in Athens approx. 5 months before the event. I drove 7 hours to the game. When they scanned my tickets they informed me that the tickets had already been used. I contacted vivid and they sent my lesser tickets to my email. They do not indicate on the website that they do not deliver to PO Box numbers. The tickets ended up with UPS, we could not access them. Vivid did nothing to contact us, or to contact UPS. Cost us 400$ for a game that we could not attend. Still do not have the tickets, customer service was rude, hung up on me. I did not realize I had entered my seats to sell incorrectly until the day of the event. Someone had purchased my tickets the day I listed. Vivid called me the morning of and said I would not be paid, but would be charged again because of my error. I've never sold seats online before. The customer enjoyed the event yet I was not paid but double charged. Had they told me the day I listed, I could have fixed the problem with the listing. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. “WAY OVER PRICED TICKETS ”

My family purchased 8 tickets to the DIERKS BENTLEY concert Jan. 29th 2016 at Budweiser Gardens and they ended up being triple the face value cost. If you go on to Ticket master or Budweiser's website I could have got floor or lower bowl seats for the same price as the 300's on Vivid Seats site. Do not use this cpmpa. No tickets are sent and you will be turned away from the Staples center by security. The Stapkes Center refuses to use them on any level. My tickets cost over $1000 and I never made the show along with lots of other people. Only use ticket master or stub hub. Call your CC company now you have up to 90 days after the event to get your money back. They never send thickets and that is your proof with the CC company.
