  Bad Points: Interface can be a little confusing. Recovering the contents of an entire lost drive could be more streamlined.

  General comments: Works as advertised. Was able to recover the contents of two NTFS drives that chkdsk couldn't fix (both inside Windows XP or from the recovery console). An excellent product that I wouldn't want to be without.
