    Good Points: LG offers good features..
    I bought a refrigerator from LG.
    When compared to others LG has one of the best features, with all new technologies and cooling systems.
    They do know customer needs and work towards it.
    That's the only reason I opted for LG.


    Bad Points: Product I purchased had a defect.
    This was fault at dealers end or from the company I don't know because both are blaming each other, but at the end of the day it's my money that has gone down the drain.
    Neither is the dealer doing anything about it nor is the company service centre.
    So I have a product repaired in 10 days of delivery.


    General comments: I am very dissapointed with LG. I would never consider LG on my next purchase of electrical goods.
