Good Points: None
General comments: When you apply for deferment for 12 months they only gave me 10 to 11 months even though the government stipulates it should be a 12 months deferment.
When you pay off your loan they take over ten days to process the payment and they charge you interest for those process days. And when you try to write a check to pay off the interest that accumulate during those process days, they charge you interest again on the processing time it takes to process your second check.
When you mail your payment to the company they give you one address to mail it in. Then when you mail it to that address they tell that you should have mailed it to the other address which they never provide you on the letter which supposedly causing the delay and the reason why you are charged more interest. You are supposed to be telepathetic to figure out what the address is to sent in the payment.
By the way, weekends and holiday are count as processing time so interest still accrue though they are not really process your check.
And the amount due they put on their statement which they send to you is not the right amount, because you will always owe more than that amount you have to call in to find out the right amount, otherwise they will charge you interest. And it is not their fault that they don't write the right amount on the letter and provide you with the right address to send the money and that they just have a long processing time which they like to drag out to charge you more interest.
