I've just bought a Monogram heated blanket to help relieve my girlfriends cold feet syndrome from electricshopping.com. They had a good range of heated overblankets and underblankets, better then John Lewis. It was delivered on time.

I've purchased other items from electricshopping before and find they are always great value. I find the check out easy and have even offset the carbon of my delivery - I haven't found many sites who few sites.

My little roomba robot is now whizzing around the house doing all the cleaning for me - really happy with it and hte service from these guys. Electric Shopping site had a video on it showing all about the product (1st time i seen that on a site before) and it arrived quickly after ordering, price was one of the best I could find it. Would use them again.

Have had my eye on a waring blender for a while and could not justify the cost as in John Lewis it was over £100. Saw it on Electric Shopping and wondered if it was actually new so called them and was told it was by helpful girl on the phone. Ordered with next day delivery at about lunchtime, was at my door the next morning. I'm enjoying a smoothie right now!

Brilliant - ordered a hoover from Electric Shopping and it arrived on time pack well and works a treat. Customer service was a pleasure to deal with too.

Ordered an item specifying "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" from Electric Shopping... 3 days later was still waiting... cancelled order... they happily cancelled my order but still waiting for refund 5 days later.

Electric Shopping is an average website with good prices. I would not recommend it because it subscibes to WebLoyalty scheme. This means that if you are not careful and read all the terms and conditions you will end up paying a monthly payment of a few pounds until you figure it out from your statements. It happened to me! This is from the terms and conditions: "...will communicate your benefit and other membership information to you, including payment authorisation ..."

I had to pay out of my own money to return an item that had gone faulty - my iron went on the blink after only 3 months use, they sent me a repair label via email but I was responsible for arranging the return and had to pay £10 for the privilege as I obviously didn't want a £50 item going missing in transit. Only just been told by a manager that I should have been offered the option of a courier collecting from my home - still with a £8 collection fee. I think this is rea ...

Very rapid turnaround so close to Xmas.
Product priced extremely competitively.
Very pleased with service, except for Live Assistant system!
Brussel sprouts tasted great from the Tefal on Xmas day!
I would buy from them again.

I placed an order with electricshopping.com and opted for next day delivery.
The order arrived as promised the next day but the item had been badly damaged by the carriers.
One telephone call to electric shopping customer service and the damaged product was collected and a new one despatched all within 48 hours!
Good company and great service.
