    This 3M Renaissance mouse literally saved my career. By eliminating the need to extend the wrist, the mouse eliminates a large percentage of strain and pressure to wrist tendons. The device is inexpensive, worked without additional drivers, and is made out of very durable materials. I intend to keep buying this type of mouse as long as 3M or another company makes them. The mouse is best used with a vertical split keyboard. Also, it is not a joystick. It has no rocker or z-axis. You slide the entire device across the tabletop as you would a normal mouse. It has an optical sensor on the bottom. There is no wireless version available.
