    Good Points: Product seems to work once set up.

    Fairly easy to learn for the intended setup and purpose.


    Bad Points: Support that was purchased, is very poor and you may wait weeks to actually talk with someone. Since I purchased support with the product I would expect a little more. Have currently spent over 4 weeks setting up on 4 servers. Two of them went very well the others?


    General comments: The set up did not go smoothly and had to be manually installed on a couple of machines because could not be installed through provided interface as advertised. It also had a couple of other glitchy things their support could not figure out. I have spent over 10K with Acronis for software and support but support and resolution have been marginal. They do not have support readily available and have spent weeks solving problems that actually were just worked around. For a product that cost half as much I do not think it a good deal.

    I really hope they can pull it together because this has not been a good experience.
