Good Points: NONE, NONE, NONE....
Bad Points: lack of any customer service.
General comments: I Ordered a full football kit on July 3rd 08 for £345. I paid in full and waited for my email confirmation. I then spent 2 weeks phoning and trying to get an order confirmation and recipt of payment wich i finally got. It looked like it had just been written out and i suspected the order had not been placed. At this point i had expected a 2 to 3 week delivery on this kit eventhough the website suggests quicker.
I was then contacted 3 weeks since the order was placed to be told that the kit i wanted was out of stock in Italy and that i couldnt have it. and did i want one of the other types (that all turned out more expensive).
Subsequently i wrote then an email, which I did not receive a reply to. i then spent 3 days phoneing their shop about 30 times a day which they did not even pick up whenever I phoned. finally i got through, but was told that the manager would not speak to me.
I asked for a refund, but was given the whole 30 day stuff. i am currently issueing my credit card company to dispute the payment.

Exactly what the other reviews say. Item ordered from Sports Centre Direct in January, nothing received for 2 months. Refund asked, nothing received in the 30 days yet.

On April 19th I ordered £342 worth of Football equipment. I had ordered it to prepare for a football tournament on the 30th of May. On 30/04/08 I ordered a football kit for our offices football team from Sports Centre Direct. The kit was required for two matches (13th & 20th May) against other area offices. I ordered one particular kit because I was told that it was in stock and would arrive not later than 9th May. I paid £324 for the kit over the phone on my credit card. Bought 18 rain jackets off this company on 13th of May, still no sign of goods. Several emails and phone calls later still no better off, eventually cancelled order and informed credit card company who are now dealing with this company. Be warned do not use them.

I ordered a tennis skirt on the 12 May 2008. Money taken out of my account that day. Nothing received so far. Have made contact with them numerous times by email and by phone and each time they have said that somebody will call me back. I have not heard anything as of yet. I am now alarmed that I have read these reviews. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

After 2 weeks I enquired where my kit was and was told it would be a couple of months owing to supply problems (the website is still promising 5-7 days on the self same kit). Ordered goods, not a lot of money but enough for me, on 5 May 2008 contacted company and still have not received reason for no delivery asked for a refund. I will let my bank know so that no other monies can be taken from my account.

Never buy anything from this company, though the website looks professional, the company seems to be bogus. I ordered products over the phone, payed for everything and never received them. I waited a few weeks for the kits which didn't arrive.
