I have had a BF membership for over 2 yrs. While the tech support is available, I am tired of having way too many tech issues. And commonly you're told to reinstall the game and start over. Sorry, but when I'm 75% done with the game I am really not happy about doing that! If it were a brand new game, I'd understand. But it's happening with games that have been out 2-3 yrs, and the game forums are full of questions about the same issues over and over. The BF company doesn't seem too concerned about them; their typical response is to tell people to look at the walkthroughs. Hint: the walkthroughs don't always help. My suggestion, if you choose to become a BF member: read the customer forums. If you see things being brought up again and again, it's for a reason.

I have been playing fairway solitaire for about a year. Love the game when it works. Everytime I have tried to contact big fish co in Seattle it has been for naught. I have tried their email system to no avail and then I found a phone number to call. I'm not sure if they even have real people to answer complaints because they advise you to send an email. When I called again to complain the person said that they are 3 weeks behind in call backs, but never offered to expedite. Don't expect good service if you purchase a game.

great place but having problems with playing the 'try' games. usually something goes wrong. am in emails with them now so see what happens. games and choices are really good. worth a try. only 3 stars because of my problems but as you see others give 5 stars and they aren't having problems. ty

I never used to have problems with BFG, in fact, it was my go to source for games. But that was before I switched to linux and installed Virtual box to have both operating systems. I bought the Tudors hidden object game for 3 dollars and it was a fast an easy process to buy, but it turned out to be the worst purchase ever. Not because the game wasn't good, but because it wouldn't start at ALL. It told me I needed to change screen resolution or color depth, but not which resolution I needed to change it to. And the download manager isn't working for beans, I'll download a free trial, and it will be really fast- then it just won't play.
