great place but having problems with playing the 'try' games. usually something goes wrong. am in emails with them now so see what happens. games and choices are really good. worth a try. only 3 stars because of my problems but as you see others give 5 stars and they aren't having problems. ty (read more)

I bought a game from bigfishgames.com a year ago. Since then I never visited this site. Only today I fortuitously noticed from my credit card statements that I was charged for their membership every month!!! I didn't see any mentioning of purchasing monthly membership for $7 when I purchased a single game! During the last year I paid almost $80! I have tried the trial games on a number of occasions and have been very happy with them. Decided to buy 2 games as a once off- I didnt realise they were going to charge on an ongoing basis. This doesn't appear as a direct debit on your account- they just take your money directly- so you don't notice unless you examine your bank statements carefully. You cannot cancel this-- I have contacted Halifax and they have said this is particularly dangerous as companies like this have your details... (read more)

I never used to have problems with BFG, in fact, it was my go to source for games. But that was before I switched to linux and installed Virtual box to have both operating systems. I bought the Tudors hidden object game for 3 dollars and it was a fast an easy process to buy, but it turned out to be the worst purchase ever. Not because the game wasn't good, but because it wouldn't start at ALL. It told me I needed to change screen resolution or color depth, but not which resolution I needed... (read more)

I bought a game from this company and they signed me up to a hidden monthly charge through my paypal account. The fact that they have a check box stating I didn't know I was getting charged a monthly fee when you try to cancel just amazes me. And this is the treatment you receive for buying a product legally, no wonder the internet piracy business is flourishing. Just be warned I wouldn't go near this company ever again, and it's almost impossible to contact them (no surprises there) this is... (read more)

Went through the entire process to cancel subscription to monthly club and could not complete the process as not available. Email to company met with response to complete form online, good luck you cannot then submit it to them. Wondering what it takes to stop them going into bank again. Will tell anyone who asks not to use BIGFISH cause they got a bloomin BIG NET that is hard to get out of........ (read more)

I think this is a great site for Mac games. You can try before you buy.
Twice I have tried games, bought them and then discovered faults. I had an online chat each time with a customer support agent and each time, after giving me advice on software updates which were not required as it turned out, I was immediately given a code to buy a new game in exchange. Each time this was followed by an email to see if everything was O.K. I think this is excellent service. (read more)

I love most games on big fish especially adventure like tribal games more of these please. Love the way you can try for an hour to test a game before you buy. I have visited many game sites on the internet and Big Fish Games is by far the best. Not without its faults though, several individual games are not the best, taking sometimes over 30 minutes to reach the actual playing time and your free trial is almost over. (Hargrove Manor). Since I have discovered this website, I have not returned to the other websites. Thank you!
