When i tried this dye i was expecting the colour to be a bit brighter. I had medium-brown hair. From the colour chart on the back i was expecting it to be a slightly lighter red, but it was very dark. Thats not to say it was a bad colour, it wasn't it was nice, but it wasn't what i'd originally wanted. I think you have to bear in mind that unless you have blonde or light brown hair, the liklihood is a red hair dye will turn your hair a dark red/auburn colour. (read more)

Excellent product and colour!!! i had a disaster with my hair i bleached it and put a caramel toner on and it went a grey greeny colour, so i thought can't go anymore wrong now, and i always thought the real red looked lovely, so i bought 2 boxes as i have long hair, left on for 30 mins and the result was excellent, its so suits me best hair colour i have had in ages the best choice i ever made. so recommend to anyone. gives great result after bleaching hair very vibrant love it, love it,... I Have Blonde Hair And Dyed Yesterday, Waking Up This Morning To Look In The Mirror At GINGER hair.
I Actually Wouldn't Recommend This Unless You Would Like Ginger Hair,
Im Actually Quite Shocked As I Have Been Using LiveXXL For YEARS!

I know right, I dyed my hair this colour using two boxes and I had bleach blonde hair and my hair went bright orange so had to put another two on top with barely washing it out and it's gone a darker red but I'm gonna hate it when I need to wash my hair :(!

Absolutely fab!
I had dark hair that was auburn in the sun
when I dyed it with live colour I was stunned at how beautiful and unique it was
I would definatly recommend it to a friend but not all people can get away with this colour
blue eyes does make it stand out more but I have brown eyes and I was just fine!

Ive dyed my hair with this for years, and it still looks new and shiny every time.
And it does'nt stain your skin. I love Schwarzkopf Live Colour.

Thank you so much; have had a similar disaster today, so sent my other half out to get me some Real Red dye. Glad it did the trick and I won't have to live with this horrible colour much longer!! : )
