    I HAD TO CLICK ATLEAST ONE STAR FOR THE RATING AS IT WOULDNT LET ME HAVE ONE!!! BUT THEY DONT DESERVE IT HONESTLY!!!! This insurance ( premier plan) should not be aloud to be a business..i had the samsung tocco and it got stolen from where a i worked, i was glad i had insurance. i contacted premier and they asked for a incident number from the police, that got sorted 2 weeks later my phone wasn't here. So i called them and they quoted' oh im glad you rung needed to speak to you''!!!!!!!. they then asked for a letter from my employer which took another week.. overall waiting time 1 month. I received my phone today'Samsung jet'' but it was a RUBBISH Nokia in a Samsung box which all the other stuff slung in with it. So now i have to wait another week to receive the phone i asked for also you have to pay £50 excess fee!!!!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS INSURANCE AS I AM GOING TO BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! HOPE THIS HAS HELPED!!!!!

    The way this company is run should ot be allowed by the law in my opinion. Go with them and probably regret it. Believe the positive comments on this site for this company and probably be fooled. Liked nothing about them and disliked everything.

    absolutely ridiculous! i have the Iphone and bought premier plan insurance. phone got broke so i decide to claim for it to be repaired. only THEN did they say that you HAVE to prove you bought this item although they were recommended by company said phone was bought from. WHAT THE HELL! who keeps recipets these days?? now i have a broken iphone :( should have been stated BEFORE i took out the insurance what would be needed because then i could have tracked it down. what a load of nusiance!

    I had the LG Arena and it got water damaged, i only had it 2 months. I pay Premier Plan Mobile Phone Insurance 6.99 a month but i had to pay an excess of £50 as i had'nt had the phone 6 months. They were unable to fix it and have sent me a brand new phone which is brilliant. If i had the phone longer than 6 months i would have only had to pay an excess of £10. Well worth having as my phone is worth over £400.

    I took out Premier Plan insurance on my Sony Ericsson for £7.99 (the cheapest available which doesn't cover loss but covers everything else), I decided that I could no longer afford paying that per month and was put off by the £50 excess, called them up to cancel and got a better deal instead £4.99 a month and £25 excess. Brilliant! After paying for a year I got a new phone, Sony Ericsson C905 and a new contract. They messed up a bit because I ended up with 2 policies but ...

    I got a contract N65 i believe it was with premier plan mobile, had my bag stolen in december with everything in including my phone. You have to pay £10 each month, but when i asked for a claim form you also had to send £50 for a new phone, which i believe is ridiculous, 02's insurance sends you your phone for free, and the insurance is cheaper.

    i bought a sony erricson k750i for £79.99 plus insurance from phones4u 9 months later my phone was water damaged and i recieved a w880i from Premier Plan Mobile Phone Insurance which is worth much more. its a brilliant deal!!
