    Good Points: Very nice man on the phone, nothing else.


    Bad Points:


    General comments: Lost my phone, said it was my responsibilty to find it. They were the sender and I was the recipient.

    Asked for infomation they already had at their disposal. Just being lazy. Stalled the claim for a week.

    Returned the phone partially fixed. Said the phone had been QC checked, I don't believe this to be true, as it doesn't actually work!

    Had the phone for a total of 3 weeks, still ongoing.

    Sent the phone to the wrong address.
    Overall, I would never use Citymain Insurance again.
