    Totally rubbish, verging on fraudulent 'cover'. My nokia stopped working,took weeks to process the claim, no one ever contacted me or returned calls from recorded message call centre. Finally sent my phone in and was returned still broken and lost all my contacts despite being promised they would be saved for me. And they took money off me to process my claim! Cancel you rpolicy before it is too late!

    Everything about Foneshield Insurance was the opposite of meme's comments. Took payments of me and didn't even give me a policy number, when the time came to make a claim (phone stopped working) they took more money off me and haven't contacted me since, more the 2 weeks so far! Can't get to speak to anyone in thier premium rate helpline either! Don't use this company whatever you do.

    Foneshield Insurance are very very cheap, very friendly stuff and easy to reach them. They don't cover loss, but who does? They seem to geniunely care about customrs.
