    Good Points: LG offers good features..
    I bought a refrigerator from LG.
    When compared to others LG has one of the best features, with all new technologies and cooling systems.
    They do know customer needs and work towards it.


    Bad Points: The product I bought did not serve its purpose.
    It had a defect which had to be repaired within 10 days of delivery.
    Neither the dealer is taking the responsibility nor the LG unit..
    Both of them are blaming each other and at the end of the day my money (Rs 18k) is down the drain.

    Yes the issue is fixed now, but a product once repaired in its early run is always a negative mark for the company
    Very bad customer service and support.


    General comments: I will never go for LG again nor will I recommend anyone for LG products.
