Bad Points: None.

General comments: Happy with service so far. Fast and efficient service when I was claiming endowment compensation. Explained my pension transfer from with profits to unit linked and carried out the transfer with no problems.

I moved my pension via MKFP as it was not performing well and got advice about SERPS. I have not required any contact since the transfer so I can't comment on the customer service beyond that.

MKFP performed a full review of Serps pension and made recommendations. They followed these through and made the Serps claim. I won Serps compensation but because my Serps pension was small, I didn't win too much.

MKFP didn't charge me anything for doing the claim!! Everything from start to finish went smoothly. Everything explained and would highly recommend MKFP.
