General comments: Having bought my Packard Bell Club 78 computer i discovered like everyone else once you have bought your computer from packard bell you are on your own, they are not intrested in you, the computer or any faults it has developed, well you live and learn, but I would advise anybody not to buy one of these you will regret it.

I discovered too late that Packard Bell has an unenviable reputation for poor product reliability. My computer, a club 78, has been a constant nightmare with problem after problem occurring over the last 18 months. Just type in: 'I Hate Packard Bell' on Google and you'll see endless stories of misery from Packard Bell owners.
