    Webroot Spy Sweeper is the worst antivirus package i have ever used.
    It would not detect nor delete some very malignant trojans, error messages often appeared and it used up so much of the pc's running power that it just became better not to run it at all.
    Worst still, when i contacted webroot to inform them of the problems, they didn't bother replying. Even worst still when i told them how bad their product was and that i'd never recommend it to a friend, they still didn't bother to reply.
    And now! I've just received an email from Webroot saying "click to write a review". So i clicked, and what should appear!? A message saying that i'd already written a glowing review; a review full of praise for their product, written by someone called "kellie" (not my name) who had supposedly given them 5 stars... and it wouldn't let me change nor resubmit so that i could actually tell the truth! Hence me writing this review.
    Terrible product, terrible company.
