    Good Points: Easy to use. Offers reasonable protection.


    Bad Points: Customer services take too long to sort out problems.Makes system run slow when scanning.


    General comments: Generally okay but does not clean system completely of difficult malware.I had some on my system for months ,but Kasperky cleared it straight away.
