“I have to say that Espirit is one of the worst...”

I have to say that Espirit is one of the worst companies you could possibly use - they might be ok if everything goes to plan, but God help you if there are any hiccups! Our tickets were never sent out to us in time, which caused chaos; Espirit chartered an Easyjet flight for our holiday; this was not revealed till we paid in full. I wouldn't use a company which charters with Easyjet, especially not at this level of cost! Our departure airport was changed on the morning of our flight, so we... (read more)

“My advice would be not to touch this company at all....”

My advice would be not to touch this company at all. Terrible service, and the will rip you off for thousands if they have the opportunity. We booked, but wanted to make a late change to the booking, by adding another person. We were told this was not possible, even though they had availability, and the only way to make the amendment would be to be to cancel the original booking, pay 60% !! of that original cost, and then re-book and full price for the new booking !. Wow what a magical and amazing place and thats just the cabin. I could ramble on for days on end but to cut a long story short there was 2 adults and my 5 very excited children on this trip you have to book this we had reindeer outside the cabin (sunday morning) we had the man himself walking past the cabin (santa if you are a disbeliever) wishing the whole family merry christmas and i could go on and on forever. We too stayed at the Esprit's Magical Santa Lapland - Waskooli Chalet (twice) and agree with everything written before. I would thoroughly recommend the Esprit company and as said before, the chalet; if you've enough people wanting to come along. What may seem a more expensive option to begin with is well worth it in the long run - it really is completely fully inclusive (right down to your socks!) and we only spent money on Christmas presents. I would thoroughly recommend this once in a lifetime trip for any family and if you can get 8-10 of you together, the Waskooli chalet should be high on your potential places to stay. Well done Esprit. (read more)
