    Bad Points: I found the first day on slimfast gave me a metallic taste in my mouth so just buy yourself a pack of mint gum.


    General comments: The soups are really nice chicken and mushroom and country veg, the smoothies are really good too, to be honest the whole range is quite good.
    I lost a stone in about 6 weeks, which is really good for me I don't have much to loose anyway but most other diets don't work for me therefore I well recommend Slim Fast.
