Good Points: I tried adios and they did nothing for me............I have since tried a different brand which work really well, I suppose the good thing about adios is the herbal ingredients.
Bad Points: Waste of money. Well they were for me, but may suit others.
General comments: No harm in trying adios, they probably are good slimming pills, but the best way to slim is to eat a low carb diet and increase the exercise.
