    Good Points: Easy to use programkeeps track of weight easilyWater consumption field is a great helpeasy to set up new meals so further selection of the same meal is more accessible.


    Bad Points: The whole program is American based - There are no meals from english restaurants or english packaged foods


    General comments: Great program that can be downloaded from the site - I used the free trial and it is just what i needed. It keeps track of everything i eat and all the exercise I do. I used the free trial and then upgraded I think it was 45 dollars not sure what that is in £'sThe website has updated articles all the time about food nutrition and exercise. I have not signed up to the website as I don't think I would talk much with the community.The program gives me everything I need.
