    Good Points: Easy connections, rocking chairs throughout to relax. Easier to clear Immigration than other US airports, friendly staff


    Bad Points: Often Luggage takes a while to clear


    General comments: As an International entry point, CLT is much easier to navigate, and immigration tends to go smoother than JFK, BOS, or ATL. The Terminal and concourses are pleasant with a large atrium with many food choices, live music, and hundreds of rocking chairs to relax in. There is even a nice art collection including student art to enjoy if you have a long layover.
    There is a CATS bus service to the centre city, as well as good Taxi, shuttle companies and Car hires.
