Good Points: Better looking than normal BB's
Bad Points: Zinc plating is a gimmick
General comments: My brother in law has a Daisy BB and pellet rifle in which I just bought him a plastic tube of the Daisy Zinc plated BB's for his recent birthday.
The nature of BB's is that they are inaccurate and like to ricochet.
The Zinc palting does nothing to fix this. Sure, they are much smoother and look great, but still inaccurate and bounce off of things-ALOT.
These BB's claim to be more accurate because of their high polished, Zinc plated surface.
We shot these BB's at a fixed target from a fixed position at a distance of 15 yards.
Grouping were almost exactly the same as those of the non plated, copper BB's.
No extra penetration was noted on the plated BB's either.
These cost much more(2X) than the normal copper BB's and offer nothing more than good looks. I think that I spent just under &7 for 2400 of these things.
I will continue to rigorously test these to see if there is something that I missed, but so far-save your money and buy the regular copper plated BB's. If you want accuracy, use pellets
