Very poor service, never been treated so bad before in my life over a service call and threatened! I will never be returning here, and will make sure to go out of my way to NOT recommend this store to anyone that I know in the motorcycle/motocross/sledding industry after my experience here.

Bought a 2014 spyder with a hitch. The job was completed using the wiring harness from a 2010 model yr????? The wiring harness was so oddball that I had to make 3 trips back to hb before they figured out what I needed to connect to my bike. As it turns out this connector, cable and adapter are not compatible to connect to my non BRP trailer. Service dept is more interested in looking at their computer than servicing customers. Booked a service appointment a wk and a half before I took the bike in and they weren't sure They could do it on that day????? Seems to be more interest in new sales than customer support.

I purchased a seadoo spark here. I bought it over the phone from florida and they were very helpful during my purchase. When I picked up the spark the person I dealt with was more than helpful in explaining all of the controls etc and answered all of mty questions. Would definitely buy here again

Have dealt with HB for more than 10 year and bought 4 sleds, 2 atvs, and a bike from them with only the best customer service.
Good prices. Friendly.
