    Had made an appointment with Aristocrats so was seen straight away. Was given time to pull dresses I liked out and then tried each on with loads of help and honest advice from the assistant. Was encouraged to re-try favourites. Bought a dress from the sale range, with a huge discount, but because it was my favourite, not because of the price! The assistant agreed it was the right choice. Next fitting etc explained clearly. Left really impressed and happy. So far ... perfect.

    ABSOLUTLEY FABULOUS! Aristocrats of Chester helped me find my dream dress, the shop was beautiful and busy with customers i felt like a princess and the experience fulfilled every expectation i could have wished for, i would recomend anybody to visit Aristocrats of chester x Highly recomended x

    This was not a pleasant experience and when we finally chose a dress from aristocrats of chester, the assistant told us to go away and think about it! We were ready to give a deposit - very strange. When we looked at some shoes and asked the price we were told the price but not asked if we would like to try them on. My daughter was told to take the dresses she would like to try on through to the changing room but then got told off by another assistant for doing so. Why would anyone turn down ...

    The staff here were very helpful, plus i found the dresses show stopping.I loved the layout of the shop, beautiful!

    I bought a lovely dress from here! Aristocrats of Chester is so unique and beautiful!

    went to try on dresses at Aristocrats of Chester with my mum and aunt, gorgeous dresses and managed to try on a lot of dresses. very helpful staff and reasonable prices. i got my dress from there and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for that special dress. big thanks to aristrocats.

    Arrived in all excited about trying on dresses and the four staff were too busy having a natter to serve us. We were told to select dresses which one staff member eventually reluctantly brought in. 3 other brides in the dressing room whilst trying on so it was a bit of a squeeze! Found a dress I really loved but the assistant put me off it by saying I would definitely need a size or two bigger - not a good sales pitch and I'm a fairly average sized 10! However, think I will have to buy from them ...

    Went on a Saturday, all I'd say is don't bother! Waited about 10 mins...in this time no one acknowledged us, i had my 4 bridesmaids with me so couldn't really miss us. We then asked how long got a really rude response that they were really busy. So we waited another 20 mins. We then asked if we could book an appointment and come back another day, quite a feasible request we thought. But no, we again got a really rude response saying they do not do appointments and this is the way they worked! So ...

    Aristocrats of Chester - My mother and i were really excited to be shopping for my dress, i had come up from london for the occasion and had called in advance to see if i needed to make an appointment. i was told to just come in, even after i explained that it would be a saturday and as i was from london, i needed to ensure i would be seen.My mother and i entered the shop at about 10.40 on the saturday in question. we waited for at least 10 mins (it is a small shop) without being apparently ackn ...
