I had a very mixed experience at Emma Roy. On the positive side, the range of wedding dresses they have in stock is unsurpassed and I can't thank the sales team enough for their help, they really were excellent. I would never recommend Emma Roy to any bride. I made an appt to which i was left for 30 mins (whilst staff were on lunch) thats fine i had a look through the dress while another 4 brides entered the shop with friends/family. I cannot reccomend Emma roy highly enough.
Krsti helped me pick out my wedding gown Chelsea by Maggie Sottero.
The style was perfect for me and the alterations on my dress were carried out professionally and Vanessa was always very helpful.
My sister is being married in September 2010 amd we have booked an appointment to view the new Maggie collection in October this year.

I really believe that the staff in this shop make every effort to afford time and high class service to customers. Including the receptionist.
I received a booklet explaining how to book a fitting and what I needed was clearly stated by her on the day I bought my gown. Do not go any where else girls. Their gowns are the nicest collection you will find. Their service for me was second to none.

We are a large store and offer 6 seperate fitting rooms making shopping for your wedding gown busy but private never the less. Our stylists are all highly experienced and our buisness has been up and running for 27 years.
I can assure you that the previous quote you received from a different bridal store was wrong being £2100 cheaper is impossible for a dress you state to have been quoted £2100. This would make the dress free of charge.
