    Good Points: The experience was just wonderful as I thought it would be for a first time bride x or even a third or second


    Bad Points: The dress that was huge as per above but that's all


    General comments: Helpful nothing to much trouble for Ann's Bridal Room and felt very welcome even at the end of the day when they had seen about 100 bride to be's and their brides maids ! That's a talent to stay sane. My dress is excatly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay so no complaints there. Ann's have had a few try on's with me and my girls and it's no trouble at all. I will say how ever one of the brides maids dresses is big enough to fit 2 of her in which is a bit disappointing as we went on their recommendation for sizing so it's now going to cost more to alter massively that just the normal length and boob....

    The staff at Ann's Bridal Room are so good at their job, they listen to you and then make some wonderful suggestions. They know who looks good in what and how to make a bride to be feel special. I went with my daughter in law to be, nothing was to much trouble, and we came away very happy and satisfied. A TRULY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Thank you so much.

    I had a fabulous experience at Ann's Bridal Room. I bought my bridal gown and 5 bridesmaids dresses there. I always looked forward to my visits to the shop. I have to admit that my bridesmaids were a bit of nightmare, but Ann handled them really well. She is extremely tactful, helpful and good at her job.I went to Ann's on a work colleagues recommendation, who had also bought her gown there, and I'm glad I did.     I found the service is good until they get your money and then, in my experience they are very unhelpful
