I think 1/2 a star is a bit too harsh and lowers the rating considerably at this early stage.

Just a thought - it was most probably an allergic reaction to the lotion. Although this may have been bad for the child, and distressing for you, this may not necessarily mean that the product itself is bad.

... Much like a tasty bag of peanuts eaten by a nut allergy sufferer...
