Ordered bathroom sink from plumbworld end August It was scheduled for delivery within 3 days.

It has so far been resheduled 6 times. Its now 16 Sept, they have yet again promised it will be in stock 18 Sept of which I am very doubtful.

Will never use the website again

They have debited my card but informed today by another dissatisfied customer that they are not quick to refund.

I ordered a cloakroom suite, but the toilet pan arrived broken. They sent me another toilet pan which was also broken. I've arranged for returning the two broken toliet pans and the cistern and toilet seat, so that I can get a refund on these. The delivery man came a week ago, couldn't take the items as his van was full and he was told they were small boxes. Arrangements were made for a bigger lorry to come on Friday, no one came. Ordered electric shower on Tuesday evening, delivered on Thursday.

Web site not a good as others (no confirmation email with invoice etc until following day)... but the prices are very good. My old Triton Jade II shower had started playing up just out of guarantee (Price from Triton to send an engineer £92 + parts ! Price from plumborld for new + 2 year guarantee £85 delivered to door). No brainer

Constant emails about progress and works fine.

I think many people buy from this com ...

PlumbWorld UK themselves were fine, but the quality of product is very poor. The bathpanel started splitting and swelling after just a few weeks from just a few splashes. You'd expect bath panels to be water resistant!

Defective Item arrived on time. NO phone number so all negotiations had to be done online. The item was a pull-out rinser kitchen tap. They told me that all their stock was defective as they were all like mine, I bet they are still selling them though. They take your money easy, and return it with a lot more difficulty. My advice, do not buy from PlumbWorld UK as you will be buying alot of hassle. May be if they had a number for problem orders. I will try a plumbers merchant or Howdens nex ...

**I ORDERED IN JAN AND I'M STILL WAITING**

On 19 Jan 2009 I ordered a full bathroom suite, radiator and taps. I dealt with someone at PlumbWorld who seemed very pleasant and assured me that it would arrive on time 2 weeks later.

As both my partner and myself work full time and only receive standard issue holiday entitlement I needed the delivery to arrive on time. They called at 11:00am telling me to go to work as the bath had been damaged in transit and there would be no delivery that day. F ...

Plumbworld UK Sent the wrong item.I found they did not seem to respond to any emails.No telephone contact possible.Very poor internet company - I have worked in the internet industry since 96, never experienced anything this poor.

PlumbWorld UK have telephone number for customer service. Once they have charged my credit card and even before they have despatched they would not allow me to cancel my order so I had to wait for it to arrive and then send it back to them at my own cost
Will not use again.

Plumbworld hide behind the email with no real customer care. Don't use them. Go somewhere else - at least with a telephone. Goods were delivered in poor condition and wrong. They should never have left the warehouse. 1 week later am still trying to get an answer as to when correct replacement goods will arrive.

Ordering very easy, price very reasonable and delivery charge exellent. Delivery tracking was easy to use and my sink and toilet seat arrived undamaged in 2 days.
I don't usually shop online as I object to the outrageous postage/delivery costs. The cost here was very reasonable. I will definately use again and recommend with confidence.

Ordered 4 items, 3 came as promised, shower door did not arrive as broken in transit. 2nd door also damaged in transit, but as we unpacked it outside the 7 days post delivery, it is tough cheese. £150 wasted on a broken door - it is in the small print. Will not order another from themas it will probably arrive broken.

I ordered a bathroom suite from plumbworld. The wrong toilet pan was sent and parts were missing. I have sent various emails the situation is no further ahead and I have reported them to trading standards.

I ordered a bathroom from Plumbworld the wrong toilet pan was supplied. I have sent lots of emails to Plumbworld they have ignored most of them. They don't give out a phone number. I have started legal action against this company. I have purchased various items on line this is the first time I have lost money. B & Q would be a better bet same stock but they can be contacted.

Some companies promise the earth, especially when they hide behind a website only 'shop-front'. You cannot telephone Plumbworld and can only contact them by email. However, having recently purchased from them, I can only say that I found the whole experience an absolute pleasure.

I ordered a whirlpool bathroom suitePlumbworld was an excellent company - ordering was straightforward, they kept you informed of when in stock and when to expect delivery. Delivered quick and on day stated. Products all in good condition.
I would recommend this company.
