Good Points: Courtesy, Efficiency, Quality of Products, Helpfulness

Bad Points: Nothing at all

General comments: OK, first off let me own up to being a really fussy person! Working in design nothing bugs me quite as much as things that don ' t line up properly, are not level, or are crooked or uneven.As a result of my pedantic (obsessional?) nature I did a lot of research and asking around when setting out to buy and install a kitchen worktop . By lucky chance I was steered towards Selffit.co.uk Axion worktops by a friend who thought they were the bees knees in terms of price and quality.I was not disappointed!After a painless quotation, ordering and (extremely helpful) delivery process my worktops arrived carefully wrapped, beautifully cut and with all the relevant parts (bolts, Colorfill etc.) to install them properly. I was delighted - not least of all as I had got the quality I wanted at a price I was happy to pay.Unfortunately (and I am embarrassed to admit this) although the worktops were exactly what I had ordered, I had unfortunately made a mistake in sizing them correctly and my beautiful worktops were of absolutely no use at all.Feeling like a complete fool I contacted Selffit who listened carefully to what had happened and then said ' Don ' t worry, you are not the first to make this kind of mistake we can sort this out and we will see what we can do to keep the cost down '. To cut a long story short Selffit organized replacement worktops to be cut (to the right size!) and delivered to me in lightning quick time " all at what I ' m sure must have been cost price!It is really rare these days to find retailers who are genuinely interested in looking after their customers like this and who care about more than just grabbing your money and moving on. I cannot thank the team enough for turning around what could have been a real disaster for me and restoring my faith that there are businesses out there with pride in and commitment to what they do!Ten out of ten for Selffit!

Delivery as scheduled, communication before and during delivery process excellent. I would certainly use Selffit.co.uk Axion worktops again. Previous deliveries from large DIY stores have been full of errors and mistakes.Good to know that companies who take a pride in their work and customer relations are still around.Many thanks.

I bought bushboard encore wortops from www.selffit.co.uk and am absolutely delighted with the results. The bushboard encore was far cheaper than any comparable worktops and the quality is excellent. My order was handled very efficient and the delivery was exactly as promised. If you are looking for solid top worktops I can thoroughly recommend bushboard encore.

I ordered my encore worktops from selffit.co.uk Thurdsday pm and have taken delivery of them Wednesday morning. The whole process was so pain free.
Andy contacted me just after ordering to run through all the details and check I'd ordered all the right bits.
A couple of days before delivery Andy rang and arranged an early morning delivery so I could still get to work on time. As promised I was phoned half hour before delivery to say he was on the way.

I ordered a solid oak worktop for my island and axiom worktops for the rest of my kitchen. I called Selffit before I palce my order and told Andy what I wanted and he assured me it would be no problem. I placed the orders and Andy delivered in the evening - everything in perfect condition. I had ordered these items from another company previously - which was an absolute disaster, but the service and quality of the oak worktop from Selffit was great.

I thought that service as good as this was a thing of the past. Salesperson a very pleasant person to deal with and when he knew we needed urgent delivery with our kitchen worktops he pulled out all the stops. He delivered the worktops in half the normal time and the quality of the product was absolutely excellent. This is an exceptional firm and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

I stumbled upon the Selffit Axion kitchen worktops web site when looking up information on a solid kitchen worktops. Self fit supply the Encore range of solid worktops, (which are made by Bushboard). The Encore range is, apparently, similar to Corian surfaces, which was the sort of thing I wanted.

Selffit.co.uk are obviously a company that works very hard to please their customers and they deserves to be successful. Delivery was just two or three days, much quicker than anyone else on the internet or DIY stores. They kept in touch by phone so I knew exactly when the worktops would arrive. The worktops were delivered carefully and had been taken care of during transit. They checked with me that they were OK.

Needed urgent delivery Easter weekend when my carpenter was coming to fit my new worktops! Ordered Thurs am, worktops arrived Good Friday pm - thats what I call service.
Andy (Self Fit) asked me to check along all the sides to make sure there was no damage even though he had checked before they went on the van. Also advised we might need the bolts & colourfill for the joins, he checked the kitchen and told us how many we would need and was able to provide us with these too.

They were great throughout the whole ordering process. Our product arrived in perfect condition and fitted correctly. We were notified of an arrival day and time which was also spot on so all that remains for us to say is that we would certainly use this company again

www.selffit.co.uk sells kitchen units & worktops online. I required two worktops for a project we were carrying out as could not source locally in the lengths required. I ordered on a Sunday morning with ease & requested delivery in 10 days. I received usually e-mails etc. Received a call Sunday evening from Andy (who delivers them) to ask could he deliver Tuesday this week as in area.
