this is an upgrade to the cool gel eyecream I've used for 10 years. It's creamier and helps avoid puffiness around the eyes - sometimes normal moisurisers are too heavy for around eyes and make them puffy. I prefer it to the gel as it's not as cold and it feels richer. I use it in the mornings and I think it makes a difference. I love Clarins anyway and am really glad I bought this product.
