    i have just started using Panoxyl 10 Acnegel. it kills the spot fast. it dries the skin out.makes you red.

    Very good - I have had mild acne since I was 13 (am now 33) and sufferers who have had it this long know there's no cure, you just have to find a way to manage it... well I found this cream on an online chemist and it is brilliant - using the instruction I just applied it once a day (evening) thinking it wasn't going to be effective just once a day (after applying quin morning and night) but it is really effective - clearing spots with no drying of the skin. For the first few days my eyes itche ...

    All in all, it does its job of removing acne but you need to be patient and wait for the results to show.

    I wrote this review to make you aware of what you might be getting into with this gel, I hope you take it as a recommendation and listen, I made a stupid mistake, and now I pay the consequences for not seeing a doctor first. Being your own GP isn't the best thing, either see a doctor first or if you take my review into consideration, listen to what I've said.

    I have only given this product 3 weeks, and so far it just dried out my skin. my skin seems to have got even worst using the cream. now my face it like sandpaper with acne :(
