“DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!”

I would definitely NOT recommend these guys to anyone. I used Danbro to administer My Ltd Company and wow what a mistake. Over an 8 month period I experienced payments into incorrect accounts, over-charging of admin fees, unreconciled management accounts and non-detection of 8 weeks worth of payments! Best of all in the follow up 'investigation' conducted by Danbro senior management, the outcome was all about exonerating Danbro of any blame and effectively blaming the client when in fact... “To expensive for waht they do and awful when I left”

I was with them from ltd company inception for 5 months. I have left cos I was paying them and doing the work myself. I'm so glad I left 'cos they behaved so badly as they cut me off. I paid up with them until end of Oct 2012. 2 weeks before that they removed my access to their document repository system. They have now cut me off the on-line accounting system 5 days before the end of Oct 2012. (read more)

“Poor Customer Care”

Danbro are generally good to deal, with good customer service. However, their customer care is poor. If something has not been processed such as expenses they ignore the client and process the pay without all the necessary information! They need to pick up the phone and talk to their clients! “As a temp for a couple of years now some recruiters...”

As a temp for a couple of years now some recruiters insist that you go through limiterd company which benefits them rather than me... Danbro are professional etc but the thing that I really dislike is the fact that to get paid on Fridays as with PAYE I have to pay a charge and then I cannot guarantee that this payment will come through by 5 p.m on the Friday. So if you have direct debits it is extremely annoying. I hate having to pay an extra £20 per week so that I can access my salary on a... (read more)

I thought that Danbro was a good overall calculator, as it's one of the more detailed calculators when compared to other umbrella company calculators. However it's not 100% accurate. Only way this could be accurate is if you could input your exact expenses incurred. (read more)
