    i had BT Business Broadband for a year it was so bad the phone line didn't even work and i was paying for it!!!

    Placed an order online for phone and broadband package for a new shop i was opening.Paid £100. Got an automated response saying someone from their team would contact me.Never heard a thing. Phoned BT to find out when installation would be and the operator explained to me "internet orders get lost in a black hole" and she could not find my order on the system. After numerous phone calls and being put on hold i gave up.Had to put signage and printing on hold as a result and have now gone for ...

    I've had BT business broadband installed in my home office for a few years now and its been very reliable and customer service has been pretty reasonable too (for a broadband company!)

    The only issue Ive got with it is the price - I guess you get what you pay for, but compared to other services it is expensive and now the recession is biting Im probably going to have to shift to a cheaper service. I suspect I'll get a poorer service as a result, but price is a pretty important aspect in the mar ...

    I have place an order for a BT Business Package 3 weeks ago and I'm amazed how the BT internal system is disfunctional!I had to individually chase each single product ordered via different people! Everything, everything got lost!

    BT Business Broadband is the worst company i have ever dealth with. After being sold a solution from a sales guy who then left i have had an ongoing problems for 10 weeks and just get passed from pillar to post. You speak with complaints they cant do anything, Managers never phone you back etc the worst possible experience my advice would be to avoid with a barge pole!

    It works. decent speed BT. Organisationally challenged.Cancelling order after loss of Business number by BT.Also they lost the order for a number swap 3 times. If you are a home, get the home broadband option and you get a better Wifi router 'n' speeds.
    Learn from Plus Net one of the little companies they snapped up, they do now how to organise and be truly friendly AND efficient.

    I February my company opened an account at my flat with BT. Unfortunately they did not consult me as I would have warned from prior experiences.

    They took ages to organise the paperwork and eventually "connected" my broadband and phone on the day I went away for 3 weeks.

    I came back to find both services not working. After much phoning around they issued a fault report. A week later it was not working and, again, many phone calls later I was informed that it had been cut off due to lack of pay ...

    Phones yes, Broadband, no. BT sell you one business solution but it is delivered by different business groups within BT. SO, what I have found when you have a problem, they don't work together. They work together to get your money but once you're in, the people who sell you a 'single solution' suddenly start blaming other parts of BT with lines like 'they're totally different from us, nothing I can do" etc. If you have an obvious and identifiable fault, they are actually quite good but if it' ...
