    I have find the product very useful and it really works out. Benefiber is recommendable for those who have IBS.

    Because I have always had a few troubles with bowel movements, (was sometimes only going once every few days,) and I knew that I wasn't getting the Fiber I needed, I had a look in Boots for a fiber suppliment rather than some kind of laxative etc
    Found Benefiber and decided to give it a go. That was half a year a go and I'm still taking it. It really worked for me( I now go atleast once a day! Hooray!), and taking it was so easy! I recommend it for anyone with the same problem as me. Though obv ...
