“Long wait, uninterested staff.”

Post Offce in Countisbury Avenue, Rumney, Cardiff. Dirty looking, smelly, one staff only working, and a long queue of customers. Other person at desk but not serving, doing something else. “they gave my money to someone else”

I ordered some large sum of money online. I received email and details when I can collect it. When I came to collect the money, I was told that branch known nothing about me and it is my responsibility to sort it out. I was asked to leave, which I refused! Eventually after some calls it became apparent that my money were given to someone else! No apologies! I was told that I have to go back tomorrow to get my money! Very rude branch. “horrendous broadband ”

I was with my previous provider for 20 years. They however became quite expensive. I carried out a fair bit of research and contacted pobraodband to discuss provision and reliability of their broadband. All sounded well so I went with them. I also paid a years line rental up front, so convinced was I that they would be OK. After all my last provider gave a flawless service on the same delivery system. I have made such a mistake. Useless Post office telephones I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks for the Post office to connect my telephone service. Having spent almost 3 days on the phone to them and waiting in for them to connect our phone up, we are still without. Their customer service centre is useless. “Worse than dial-up”

The worse thing I have ever done is switch to post office for broadband. So slow and cannot connect in the evening at all. Have spoken to different departments all of whom were less than helpful, I was told to check the speed and to connect by wire but they hadn't sent sent the correct wire and 4 weeks later still waiting - contract only just started but thinking of paying so I will at least have access to the internet in the evening. “Since the post office moved to the talk talk network...”

“BIG mistake, switching to Post Office broadband”

Not having moved phone and broadband for a number of years, it honestly didn't occur to me that there would be a problem with ISPs these days providing a useful broadband speed. Let's face it the local networks are common hardware anyway, and it's frequently here where problems exist. NOT SO. We have used the post office for several years but our broadband has never been very good - in the last few weeks it's been non existent and we are now in day ten of phone calls to the post office to resolve with no end in sight. I moved to the post office in September 2014 and I have had nothing but problems since. “Poor broadband technical support”

Have been a customer for a few years. Phone service, facilities and costs are good. Broadband service was reasonable but several months ago broadband developed a fault and it took 3 routers and an engineer visit to resolve, service has been fragile ever since. Recently tried the wireless function for the first time with brand new Dell laptop, router constantly recycles itself and I lose all internet function until I turn off laptop and then it recovers.
