    I can't manage without them - wish they were availale worldwide. My older children (and myself) who suffer from sinusitus headaches and pms always carry a few with them. No water needed and no problems for kids who can't swallow pills. Individually wrapped and easy to open. "Funny" after taste prevents anyone from misuse as a "sweet". They're expensive than conventional forms - but convienience costs! Not available in most countries.

    Overall for anyone who has trouble swallowing pills I think they are a great alternative, or for young adults who haven't mastered that skill yet.
