I thought it an idea to write a quick review of this "Oasis Of Tranquillity" as I've been going for just over a year now. Initially the prospect of being naked in front of strangers is always daunting, but the layout and lighting in BGHS always allows a degree of privacy if that's your thing. Always clean and staff regularly checking water temperatures and sloshing away excess water. They really look after the place. We are a couple who visited for the first time on Saturday after reading reviews and researching a lot of other sites. Bghs doesn't disappoint, it is spotlessly clean, we would say easily exactly the same standards as top rated spas you pay the earth to get into. The Staff were amazing & very friendly! Came here with my bf last night. Initially was very reluctantto go in having never done this sort of thing before. However having got changed was pleased to know we could have the welcome tour in towels. The spas were very clean and we immediately felt at ease. There were several two person spa's so we felt very comfortable slipping off the towel and nobody bothered us. Very quickly we felt quite horny and decided to head on up to the restrooms. My partner and i visited BGHS for the fisrt time on Saturady 20th October after friend of ours recommended us, Not knowing what we were letting ourselves in for. We arrived to a friendly welcome from the staff. After we were shown around we headed for the Hot tubs, then to the sauna and steam rooms, All the otehr guest we came across seemeded quite friendly. “Best Naturist Experiance in Brighton”

My partner and I have been going to Bristol Gardens for years and it's standards have never dropped. The quality of the facilities are the best that we have been to, with the exception of the rather cramped undressing area which has only one chair. They do however provide a hairdryer. My boyfriend and I usually go together on Saturday evenings where we have enjoyed meeting lots of like minded swingers. During the week is a little quiet except for Friday's. Best time is Saturday and Sunday evenings for couples only. We have been lots of times and had fun with many lovely couples.

I don't think that my boyfriend would like me to go with another guy on my own. I will be going to BG with him on Friday if you would like to join us for a threesome in the large rest room. Perhaps he might be more agreeable to your suggestion once he has met you. I love the excitement of going with strangers and he loves to watch and sometimes join in.

I still go to Bristol Gardens regularly on Fridays. I often go with a (female) friend and I would be happy to meet you there next time you go. I am a bit of a greedy girl and enjoy the male attention that I receive there on Friday afternoons and early evenings. I sometimes go Saturday evenings with my (male) partner, for 'couples only' night, which usually results in lots of swapping fun in the rest rooms. Let me know when you are you going again and we can meet there. Will you be comming on your own or with a friend?

We have been a few times and usually manage to relax thanks to the ambience and facilities and we almost always meet at least one other couple. It's useful to remember to swap addresses though for future get-togethers! And we usually only go at the "couples" times in order to meet couples rather than singles. (read more)

We went as a couple for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff are welcoming and language is possibly a barrier, rather than them being "humourless" as described on another post - most of them are friendly and welcoming. The facilities are incredibly clean and spacious which is great. Reading some of the posts on another site, I was surprised (as a woman) to see that some people want to "chat" and be sociable. Bristol Gardens is awesome, the rest rooms are discreet though my partner and I used them, mirrors everywhere, makes you rather heated when in the rest room as you can see everything from every angle Would have liked to take my refreshments away from the seated area where you order food and perhaps take to the seated area outside but wasn't allowed. I have been to the BGHS twice now in the past month. As a single male I must admit it does seem an awful lot of other single males attend, particularly in the daytime when I've been. To be honest, I have yet to see a female customer. I have been to several other saunas [one in particular in Brighton itself] but have found this one to be much more relaxed, if a little more expensive [£20 entrance fee]. My girlfriend and I decided to try naturism for the first time and visit Bristol Gardens Health Spa over the weekend. The previous week we were at a clothed spa and found it frustrating that we had to keep wearing our costumes..., even in the sauna! When nobody was looking we slid off our costumes and just wore our towels. Putting my wet swim trunks back on to go to the pool suddenly seemed an annoyance. Hi all. Had my first visit to the BGHS on Sat 9th April as part of a couple. It was our first experience of any such place and we were both a little nervous an arrival (although I was quite excited too). When we entered we were greeted by friendly and inviting staff and had a quick tour. We both felt a bit self conscious about being naked, but once you are in and see everyone else relaxed and chilled out, we soon had got over it. BRISTOL GARDENS HEALTH SUITE.
First, the good points:
Very clean, very good range of facilities, pleasant clientelle, free (included) towels, simple and reasonably priced food, relaxing massages (according to the wife), plenty of space, high price keeps out the less desirables.
Bad points:
High price keeps me out, disinterested staff (language problems?), doesn't open until noon, PARKING, cramped changing area. (I am struggling here).

My wife and I wisited BGHS last sat for couples only evening. We read some reviews but what we have seen was above our expectations in general. Very very nice and polite staff put as at easy and showed everything we could use and how. The atmosfere was wery relaxing and seductive. The club is very clean. Other couples respected your privacy but if you want to share it there are rest rooms 2nd floor,enough of space for everyone, nicely designed -excelent. We liked the carpet on the stairs,... I have been twice now and found the place really friendly, clean and relaxing. As a female i had read the reviews and was a bit scepitcal but thought what the hell. I asked a male relative to come with me and after about an hour he asked if I minded of he booked a massage which I felt cool with so off he went. Went with my wife on a Saturday (20th December 2008). We arrived in the afternoon. There were a lot of single guys around but everyone was very respectful and my wife enjoyed the very polite attention she recieved. We stayed into the couples only evening were everyone was very friendly. The mirrored room in particular was great fun! The spa facilities are lovely and kept spotless by the wonderful staff.
Whether you want to enjoy a relaxing spa or be a little more energetic in the private...

Visited BGHS for the first time on Sunday 12th Oct.with my other half and really enjoyed the experiance,well run ,friendly helpful staff,wasnt aware of any "clickyness".We arrived during the afternoon session ,quite a few single guys attending but never felt pressurised in any way unlike some other locations we have attended.,we will certainly be going back. This is a very nice place with a lot to enjoy about it. The pricing, facilities and staff are all excellent even the people you may meet in there tend to be very polite well mannered and the place generally has a very welcoming feel.
If you are going as a single woman it can be slightly discerning due to the mid week male population however not every day is that bad. If you are visiting as a mixed sex couple i would recomend the mixed couples only allocated times.
