    I had generic nicorette. This mint flavored gum comes in 2mg and 4mg. You can be smoking free in 12 weeks time. It is important to stop smoking before you take this nicorette. With this mint I was able to completly get rid of smoking habit.

    Nicorette Freshmint Gum only works if you're determined to stop. You have got to make yourself believe you want the gum and not a cigarette. It does not give you a rush of nicotine, but does gradually get rid of the need over 15 minutes or so. Don't know how much of it is placebo but after many years of trying to stop and failing (with nicotine gum) this time I have suceeded and the gum did make things ever so slightly easier. If anything it gave me something to look forward too.
