I had ordered from Spoiled Brat a couple of times without problems, apart from the delivery taking up to 2 weeks. With my recent order, everything changed. The product was too short also much shorter than displayed on the site. I requested a returns form and was informed I had to return it to the manufacturer in the USA and cover the costs. I paid for an item over two weeks ago, they were so quick at taking me money, but my item never came I emailed them they emailed back to say they would send a new one! Ordered two dresses. Received them promptly. Returned 1 due to size n the 16 th June uses there free returns service that they advertise all over there site. Requested a return they sent me the returns slip.bsen the item back. A month down the line I received no refund. The above review could have been written by me. I had the exact experience. Why are they getting away it? Isn't there something that can be done with a company who trades in this way? I thought of contacting Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority. I personally would never deal with them again, and am amazed that they still have the affront to trade in this immoral way. Have lost money, time and effort, and patience with Spoiled Brat. Very aptly named!!

Wish that there was a zero star button! Paid for a dress. Waited 2 weeks for it. Sent it back because no good have been waiting for a refund for nearly 3 weeks. £130 is not pocket change. I ordered a personalised jute bag in January and was extremely disappointed with the bag, as my name was written in a mismatch of font sizes, with a middle letter written in capital. My name did not even look like my name. I specifically requested for the first letter to be an initial and the remaining letters in lower case (this is normal, right?). Ordered online, it took one full week for one item to be dispatched, two weeks for the second, with no communication as to why.mive still not received the second item but have to wait 15 days before I can complain, apparently these are Royal Mail rules. “Absolutely Awful Company.”

I placed an order quoting delivery time of a month, my items did not turn up so by the end of July I sent them emails, I had not reply to all my emails and after THREE MONTHS they finally responded and said my order had been overlooked. By this time it was too late for me to get my money back from Paypal and even though it was there mistake the would not give me a refund only a credit with them. They do state in their terms and conditions that all returns are the customers responsibility like all other websites do. I always send my items back to any company using royal mail signed for.

This company have the worst service I've ever experienced and I am a frequent online shopper. I paid for items, received some but not all - 2 had 'out of stock' on the delivery note. They still haven't issued a refund on these despite it being about 18 months later and numerous emails. One item was the wrong size so I returned it to them with proof of postage - they say they never received it so no refund, no replacement and no refund of postage to correct their error. Worst customer service I have ever received! After I returned an item to the company, I politely pointed out that the Distance Selling Regulations state that I am entitled to a refund of postage. This was their response:
"No refund on postage

Trevor, you were emailed a tracking number for this, and you claim not to have received the goods so we have filed a claim with the royal mail for loss

You are not alone!! I ordered what would seem to be the same item on 10th December shown as stock. Guess what? YEP, no delivery and money taken with order and no further communication from them. Buyer beware!!

You placed your order on 21st December. The 2 items you ordered were actually marked "pre order" meaning not in stock - you were explained to several times that we were awaiting stock from the USA, which was delayed due to the severe weather conditions in the UK in December

<br/>Furthermore - the process for "pre orders" is all clearly marked on the website - something you , the customer was liable to review before you placed the order + sent us the money to reserve these items for you (we do not know your card details in order to "take money" from your account - its all automated when you order - enter the card info + click on "send / proceed")

<br/>I have checked through ALL emails + there is no "promise" of you having the stock by Xmas - furthermore the Royal Mail were in severe disruption in December + were not guaranteeing any deliveries.

<br/>You were kept fully up to date with things - I have reviewed all emails.

<br/>It also should be pointed out that under the UK Distance Selling regulations, retailers have 30 days to get products to you once orders have been placed.

<br/>I have checked the tracking info, showing the item was dispatched to you 10th January, WZ952629326GB, which according to the Royal Mail website was signed for an received by yourself - so I am not too sure of your "criminal" reference?

Really bad serivce, very rude and unhelpful. I received 1 dress I ordered with no problems, I sent it back as the fit was not correct and received my refund very quickly which is the only positive about this company. The other dress still hasn't arrived 2 weeks on although they have taken my money. When I emailed to find out what the delay was the reponse was very rude and didn't include an apology.
