This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had a terrible transaction with them a couple of months ago which ended in legal proceedings and Paypal having to chase the cash they owed. I came back to check the reviews because I wanted to see if they were still carrying on creating fake reviews to bump up there ratings. Clearly they are. I ordered an item off the site- at no point during the purchase process did they mention that the item was on back order and not currently in stock. It has taken a month, way to much back and forth and no action or refund because they were having trouble with thier PayPal. I'm sure they still managed to take people's money out. Wish I had read reviews be for I ordered Been ripped off but credit card company will help get my money back hopefully This company only buys brands when they have sold them so do yourself a favour and buy direct from the brand otherwise you will be waiting forever . I ordered a phone case online expecting quick delivery. When I hadn't received anything after 10 days I contacted them. After a couple of unanswered emails they told me it must have been lost, (and tried to tell me that there was something wrong with my email!) My order was delayed and then when it did arrive was rejected by a neighbour, this was over 3 weeks ago, I told the company straight away and they were waiting for Royal Mail to return the item. Over a week later after me chasing them for my jacket or refund they have logged a complaint with 'interlink' not even had the audacity to look into the complaint to see what courier was used, but have the cheek to keep my money and not provide me with an alternative because it was sent next door!! I received another scenario from them after another week which was that the garment was sent direct from the manufacturer!!! Shocking since she had Blatanly told me they sent it the week earlier and because of my human error she couldn't claim from Royal Mail? Why deceive and lie to customers, why was she even mentioning to me about claiming from Royal Mail when the manufacturer had sent via interlink? Shocking she was looking for a profit off of my misfortune!! Never once did spoiled brat give me any help or assistance, I emailed the manufacturer direct from their website and they responded to me within 30 minutes and sent me out a replacement for arrival the next working day!! That's how customer services works.. The manufacturers had informed spoiled brat that the TRACEABLE package was rejected - that was 4 weeks earlier and the next day I told spoiled brat when I asked my neighbours.. Shocking shocking shocking.. He website looks legit but the stock is being sent direct from manufacturers so probably hasn't even got any stock around! It's a laughable turn out !! Still haven't received an apology or even a helpful response.. So much for looking into a complaint she tried to fob me off -

I paid for an item over two weeks ago, they were so quick at taking me money, but my item never came I emailed them they emailed back to say they would send a new one! Then they never send one I sent more emails asking for a refund and never herd anything back! I will be spreading the word that no one should use this website! Ordered two dresses. Received them promptly. Returned 1 due to size n the 16 th June uses there free returns service that they advertise all over there site. The above review could have been written by me. I had the exact experience. Why are they getting away it? Isn't there something that can be done with a company who trades in this way? I thought of contacting Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority. I personally would never deal with them again, and am amazed that they still have the affront to trade in this immoral way. Have lost money, time and effort, and patience with Spoiled Brat. Very aptly named!!

Bough a pair of Australia Luxe for my partner for Christmas. Do I ever wish I went to Designer Desirables where they have real customer service! she didn't like them and I filled out the online return. I also mailed them back with the return form. They told me they could not take them back because they were a sale item. I ordered a personalised jute bag in January and was extremely disappointed with the bag, as my name was written in a mismatch of font sizes, with a middle letter written in capital. “Absolutely Awful Company.”

I placed an order quoting delivery time of a month, my items did not turn up so by the end of July I sent them emails, I had not reply to all my emails and after THREE MONTHS they finally responded and said my order had been overlooked. They do state in their terms and conditions that all returns are the customers responsibility like all other websites do. I always send my items back to any company using royal mail signed for.

This company have the worst service I've ever experienced and I am a frequent online shopper. I paid for items, received some but not all - 2 had 'out of stock' on the delivery note. They still haven't issued a refund on these despite it being about 18 months later and numerous emails. Worst customer service I have ever received! After I returned an item to the company, I politely pointed out that the Distance Selling Regulations state that I am entitled to a refund of postage. This was their response:
